FRONT BLOWER MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

  3. REMOVE SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 5 claws and 3 clips to remove the side instrument panel RH as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 clips as shown in the illustration and remove the No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU WITH BRACKET (for LHD)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. A0161VS

      Remove the 2 screws and multi-media interface ECU with bracket.

  6. REMOVE PARKING ASSIST ECU (for RHD with Parking Assist Monitor System)

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. A0161I6

      Remove the 3 screws and parking assist ECU.

  7. REMOVE COOLING UNIT WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0161HZ

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and the cooling unit with fan motor sub-assembly.
