FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SIDE)


    1. Disconnect the front seat inner belt assembly connector.

    2. A015ZJOE07

      for LHD:


      1. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the switch when the switch is operated.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        T3-4 - T3-5 Seat belt is fastened Below 1 Ω
        T3-4 - T3-5 Seat belt is unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
    3. A015ZJOE06

      for RHD:


      1. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the switch when the switch is operated.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        U4-4 - U4-5 Seat belt is fastened Below 1 Ω
        U4-4 - U4-5 Seat belt is unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
  2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (PASSENGER SIDE)


    1. Disconnect the front seat inner belt assembly connector.

    2. for LHD:

      A0160JEE03

      1. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the switch when the switch is operated.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        U4-4 - U4-5 Seat belt is fastened Below 1 Ω
        U4-4 - U4-5 Seat belt is unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
      2. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the front seat inner belt assembly.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 - Q6-2 Always Below 1 Ω
        A-2 - Q6-4 Always Below 1 Ω
    3. for RHD:

      A0160JEE04

      1. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the switch when the switch is operated.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        T3-4 - T3-5 Seat belt is fastened Below 1 Ω
        T3-4 - T3-5 Seat belt is unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
      2. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the front seat inner belt assembly.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 - P4-2 Always Below 1 Ω
        A-2 - P4-4 Always Below 1 Ω
