FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CLOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Multi-display)

      Connect the connector.

    2. A0162KSE01

      Install the cover with the 9 screws.

    3. A0162I6

      Engage the 5 claws to install the panel.

    4. A0162OB

      Secure the panel with the 6 screws.

  2. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Multi-display)

      Install the radio receiver assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Multi-display)

      Engage the guide and install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 6 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Multi-display)

      Engage the guide and install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 6 screws.

  5. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Multi-display)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the integration control panel with radio receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

  6. INSTALL CLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Multi-display)

      Engage the 2 clips and install the clock assembly.

  7. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH CLOCK (w/ Multi-display)

      Install the multi-display assembly with clock as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/ Multi-display)

      Engage the guide and install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 6 screws.

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/ Multi-display)

      Engage the guide and install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 6 screws.

    2. Engage the connector clamp.

  10. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH DISPLAY (w/ Multi-display)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the the multi-media module receiver assembly with display with the 4 bolts.

  11. INSTALL CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

      Engage the 4 claws to install the center lower instrument cluster finish panel.

  12. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

      for LHD:


      1. Connect the connector.

      for RHD:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the 3 clamps.

      Engage the 11 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

  13. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY (w/o Ashtray)

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the protruding parts of the instrument panel box assembly into 2 guide holes as shown in the illustration.

    3. A015YUI

      Install the instrument panel box assembly with the 2 screws <E>.

  14. INSTALL FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Ashtray)

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the protruding parts of the front ash receptacle box sub-assembly into the 2 guide holes as shown in the illustration.

      Install the front ash receptacle box sub-assembly with the 2 screws <E>.

  15. INSTALL CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Engage the 8 clips to install the console panel sub-assembly.

  16. INSTALL UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

      Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the upper No. 2 console panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

  17. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

      Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the upper No. 1 console panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

  18. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Turn the shift lever knob clockwise and install the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  19. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Multi-display)
