SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (w/o LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)


    1. A0161YFE01

      Temporarily install nut A.

    2. Insert nut A into the hole on the vehicle body (left side of the luggage compartment).

    3. Slide down the seat belt control ECU to temporarily install it.

    4. Insert the 2 bolts into the holes on the vehicle body and fully tighten the 3 nuts in the order of B, A, and C.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    5. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)


    1. A0160ITE01

      Install the clearance warning ECU to the seat belt control ECU with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Temporarily install nut A.

    3. A0160ZIE01

      Insert temporarily tightened nut A into the hole on the vehicle body (left side of the luggage compartment).

    4. Slide down the seat belt control ECU and the clearance warning ECU as a unit to temporarily install them.

    5. Insert the 2 bolts into the holes on the vehicle body and fully tighten the 3 nuts in the order of B, A, and C.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    6. Connect the connectors.

  3. INSTALL SIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH


    1. A01603B

      Install the side luggage compartment trim cover with the 3 clips.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK


    1. A0162LQ

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook with the screw.

  5. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER


    1. A015Z78

      Engage the 4 claws.

    2. Install the front luggage compartment trim cover with the 2 clips.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK


    1. A015ZZR

      Install the 3 No. 2 luggage compartment trim hooks as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL ROPE HOOK


    1. A0162EV

      Install the 2 rope hooks.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A0161YS

      Engage the claw and install the No. 2 room light assembly.

  9. INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER


    1. A015ZVT

      Engage the 4 clips.

    2. Install the rear luggage compartment trim cover with the 3 clips.

  10. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY


    1. A0163BF

      Install the 3 rope hook assemblies with the 3 bolts.

  11. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH

  12. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER
