  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A016023E68

      Check operation of the front seat (slide motor).


      1. Check if the front seat moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → U2-1

        Battery negative (-) → U2-2

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → U2-2

        Battery negative (-) → U2-1

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat assembly.

    2. A016023E69

      Check operation of the front seat (front vertical motor).


      1. Check if the front seat moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the front vertical motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → U8-1

        Battery negative (-) → U8-2

        		 Upward

        Battery positive (+) → U8-2

        Battery negative (-) → U8-1

        		 Downward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat assembly.

    3. A016023E70

      Check operation of the front seat (lifter motor).


      1. Check if the front seat moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the lifter motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → U9-2

        Battery negative (-) → U9-1

        		 Upward

        Battery positive (+) → U9-1

        Battery negative (-) → U9-2

        		 Downward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat assembly.

      Check operation of the front seat (reclining motor).


      1. Check if the front seat moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the reclining motor connector terminals.

        OK

        Battery negative (-) → U5-1

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → U5-1

        Battery negative (-) → U5-2

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat assembly.
