DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when a malfunction in the brake system is detected. This circuit consists of the brake actuator (skid control ECU) and seat belt control ECU. Signals are sent from the brake actuator (skid control ECU) using the CAN communication.

When the seat belt control ECU is replaced with a new one, Initialization must be performed Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK
      CAN communication system DTC is not output.

    NG

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM Click here

    OK

  2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM)


    1. Check DTC for vehicle stability control system Click here.

      OK
      Vehicle stability control system DTC is not output.

    NG

    GO TO VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM Click here

    OK

  3. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM)


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK
      DTC B2060 is not output.

    NG

    REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU Click here
