REGISTER LIGHT REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Center)


    1. A016105E01

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Apply protective tape to the areas shown in the illustration.

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws starting from the left of the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly as shown in the illustration. Disengage the remaining 3 claws by pulling the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly by hand.

      Note

      Do not pry the lower part of the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly. Doing so may damage the assembly.

      for LHD:


      1. Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

      for RHD:


      1. Disengage the 3 clamps.

      2. Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE

      Put protective tape around the front door scuff plate.

    2. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 clips.

    3. A0161H2

      Disengage the 7 claws and remove the front door scuff plate LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front door opening trim cover LH.

  4. REMOVE SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 5 claws and 3 clips to remove the side instrument panel LH as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. Pull the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage the 7 claws and 2 clips, and then disconnect the connector and remove the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. Pull the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage the 4 claws and 2 clips, and then disconnect the connector and remove the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

  7. REMOVE INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A015YSSE02

      Disengage the 4 claws.

    2. Disengage the clamp and remove the interior illumination light assembly.
