ROOM LIGHT INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (REAR PERSONAL LIGHT)


    1. A01624HE02

      Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 (RRMP) and a negative (-) lead to terminal 3 (RGND).

    2. Check that the rear personal light comes on as shown in the table below.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition
      Rear personal light switch LH ON Rear personal light LH comes ON
      Rear personal light switch LH OFF Rear personal light LH does not come ON
      Rear personal light switch RH ON Rear personal light RH comes ON
      Rear personal light switch RH OFF Rear personal light RH does not come ON

      If the result is not as specified, replace the spot light assembly.

  2. INSPECT SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (REAR SEAT LIGHT)


    1. A01624HE06

      Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 (ILLB) and a negative (-) lead to terminal 5 (LILL).

    2. Check that the rear seat light comes on.

      OK
      Comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the spot light assembly.

  3. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (REAR INTERIOR LIGHT)


    1. A01624HE03

      Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 (ILLB) and a negative (-) lead to terminal 4(RILL).

    2. Check that the rear interior light comes on.

      OK
      Comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the spot light assembly.
