  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

  3. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT

      Remove the 2 clips and No. 2 console box duct.

  5. REMOVE DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the lap belt outer anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the cover on the other side.

  7. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for LHD)

      Put protective tape around the rear door scuff plate.

    2. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 clips.

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the the rear door scuff plate LH.

  8. SEPARATE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)

      Remove the bolt and separate the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH (for LHD)

      Disengage the 3 claws and 5 clips, and remove the lower center pillar garnish LH.

  10. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for RHD)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  11. SEPARATE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  12. REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH RH (for RHD)

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST LH (for LHD)

  14. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST RH (for RHD)

  15. REMOVE NO. 3 DASH PANEL INSULATOR PAD

  16. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR SILENCER PAD LH (for LHD)

  17. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR SILENCER PAD RH (for RHD)

  18. REMOVE REAR AIR DUCT GUIDE LH (for LHD)

  19. REMOVE REAR AIR DUCT GUIDE RH (for RHD)

  20. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR AIR DUCT (for LHD)

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR AIR DUCT (for RHD)

  22. SEPARATE PARKING BRAKE CONTROL PEDAL ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Remove the 3 nuts and separate the parking brake control pedal assembly from the body.

      Remove the 2 nuts and separate the instrument panel junction block assembly.

    3. A0161CJ

      Disconnect the parking brake switch connector.

    4. Remove the 3 nuts and separate the parking brake control pedal assembly from the body.

  23. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A015ZUW

      Remove the tension spring from the parking brake control pedal assembly.

    2. Remove the screw and parking brake switch assembly from the parking brake control pedal assembly.

  24. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT (for RHD)


    1. A015ZGF

      Disengage the claw and guide, remove the No. 1 air duct.

  25. SEPARATE PARKING BRAKE CONTROL PEDAL ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A0162DZ

      Remove the 2 nuts and separate the parking brake control cable assembly from the body.

    2. A0161T9

      Disconnect the parking brake switch connector.

    3. Remove the bolt and 2 nuts, and separate the parking brake control pedal assembly from the body.

  26. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      Remove the tension spring from the parking brake control pedal assembly.

    2. Remove the screw and parking brake switch assembly from the parking brake control pedal assembly.
