PARKING BRAKE PEDAL REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A015ZUW

      Install the parking brake switch assembly to the parking brake control pedal assembly with the screw.

      Torque:
      0.9 N*m  { 9 kgf*cm, 8 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the tension spring to the parking brake control pedal assembly.

  2. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A016300

      Install the parking brake switch assembly to the parking brake control pedal assembly with the screw.

      Torque:
      0.9 N*m  { 9 kgf*cm, 8 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the tension spring to the parking brake control pedal assembly.

  3. INSTALL PARKING PEDAL PAD


    1. Install the parking pedal pad to the parking brake control pedal assembly.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 PARKING BRAKE CABLE ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A01629NE01

      Pass the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly through the parking brake control pedal assembly, and install the clip to the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

    2. Install the No. 1 wire adjusting nut to the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

    3. Bend the claw of the parking brake control pedal assembly to hold the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 PARKING BRAKE CABLE ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A0163FIE01

      Pass the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly through the parking brake control pedal assembly, and install the clip to the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

    2. Install the No. 1 wire adjusting nut to the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

    3. Bend the claw of the parking brake control pedal assembly to hold the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.
