TCM INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TCM


    1. A01602RE01

      Install the TCM to the ECM box.

      Note

      Install the TCM in the ECM box with the name plate facing the inside of the vehicle.

    2. Install the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Make sure that the stud bolts are securely installed into the front and rear bolt holes.

      • Insert the stud bolt in the vehicle rear side to the TCM first.

    3. Connect the 8 connectors.

      Note

      Be sure to securely connect the connector.

    4. A015YVF

      Connect the connector holder.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU COVER


    1. A01627R

      Install the engine room ECU cover with 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (for LHD)


    1. A016120

      Install the engine room side cover LH with the 5 clips.

  4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (for RHD)


    1. A015Z63

      Install the engine room side cover LH with the 4 clips.

  5. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. A015ZFO

      Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 9 clips.

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  7. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PRECAUTION
