ENGINE SWITCH INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH


    1. A015Z8V

      Attach the 2 claws to install the switch.

    2. Connect the switch connector.

  2. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the integration control panel with radio receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

  3. INSTALL DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the display and navigation module display with radio receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

  4. INSTALL CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

      Engage the 4 claws to install the center lower instrument cluster finish panel.

  5. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

      for LHD:


      1. Connect the connector.

      for RHD:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the 3 clamps.

    3. A0162RW

      Engage the 11 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

  6. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX


    1. A01614M

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips.

    2. Connect each connector.

    3. A015ZEK

      Install the 2 bolts.

    4. A0161AZ

      Install the 2 bolts.

    5. A0160S1

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    6. Engage the 2 clamps.

    7. Install the 2 bolts.

  7. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Ashtray)


    1. A0162FJ

      Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips to install the console box register assembly.

  8. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/o Ashtray)

      Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips to install the console box register assembly.

  9. INSTALL REAR ASH RECEPTACLE ASSEMBLY (w/ Ashtray)


    1. Install the rear ash receptacle assembly.

  10. INSTALL FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Ashtray)


    1. A0161X0E01

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the protruding parts of the front ash receptacle box sub-assembly into the 2 guide holes as shown in the illustration.

    3. A0161L2

      Install the front ash receptacle box sub-assembly with the 2 screws <E>.

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY (w/o Ashtray)


    1. A015YMFE02

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the protruding parts of the instrument panel box assembly into 2 guide holes as shown in the illustration.

    3. A015YUI

      Install the instrument panel box assembly with the 2 screws <E>.

  12. INSTALL CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0162AI

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Engage the 8 clips to install the console panel sub-assembly.

  13. INSTALL UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH


    1. A0163A0

      Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the upper No. 2 console panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

      Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the upper No. 1 console panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

  15. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

  16. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
