  1. INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0163DAE01

      Install the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      When reusing the ventilation valve sub-assembly, inspect the O-ring. If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE

      Install the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0160E4

      Install the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY
