HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)

      Using SST, install the heated oxygen sensor to the front exhaust pipe.

      Torque:
      without SST
      44 N*m  { 449 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf }
      with SST
      40 N*m  { 408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • The "with SST" torque value is effective when using SST with a fulcrum length of 30 mm (1.18 in.).

      • The "with SST" torque value is effective when using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.) Click here.

      • The "with SST" torque value is effective when SST is parallel to the torque wrench.

    2. Install the grommet to the vehicle.

      Connect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

    4. Install the front floor silencer pad LH.

  2. INSTALL HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

      Using SST, install the heated oxygen sensor to the front exhaust pipe.

    4. Install the front floor silencer pad RH.

  3. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST LH (for LHD)

      Install the 2 clips on the front floor footrest LH.

    2. A0160SJ

      Install the front floor footrest LH onto the 2 studs that protrude from the vehicle floor.

  4. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST RH (for RHD)


    1. A01628G

      Install the 2 clips on the front floor footrest RH.

    2. A0160F1

      Install the front floor footrest RH onto the 2 studs that protrude from the vehicle floor.

  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH


    1. A016285

      Engage the 4 claws and install the front door opening trim cover LH.

  6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A015ZPR

      Engage the 4 clips.

    2. A0161H2

      Engage the 7 claws and install the front door scuff plate LH.

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.
