HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A0160BJE01

      Put protective tape around the front door scuff plate.

    2. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 clips.

    3. A0161H2

      Disengage the 7 claws and remove the front door scuff plate LH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front door opening trim cover LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

  5. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST LH (for LHD)


    1. A0160ZM

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 clips and remove the front floor footrest LH.

    2. Turn back the floor carpet in order to remove the 2 clips.

  6. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST RH (for RHD)


    1. A016035

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 clips and remove the front floor footrest RH.

    2. Remove the 2 clips.

  7. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)


    1. Remove the front floor silencer pad LH.

    2. A015ZB3

      Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

    3. A0162ONE01

      Remove the grommet.

    4. Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe.

  8. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)


    1. Remove the front floor silencer pad RH.

    2. A016010

      Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

    3. A0161NSE01

      Remove the grommet.

    4. Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe.
