INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY POWER SOURCE)


    1. Disconnect the J122 display and navigation module display connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      J122-10 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      J122-1 (+B1) - J122-10 (GND1) Engine switch off 11 to 14 V
      J122-2 (ACC) - J122-10 (GND1) Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
      J122-3 (IG) - J122-10 (GND1) Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
