INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Tech Tips
RDS-TMC function settings can be changed by the user.
Before troubleshooting, check the settings on the menu screen of the navigation system, and confirm that the relevant item settings are correct.
The RDS-TMC function of the navigation system operates in the same way as the radio, according to the radio wave received by the radio receiver. It is therefore necessary to also check that the RDS-TMC function of the radio receiver is normal.
A short period of time may be required to up data RDS-TMC signals depending on the radio wave reception conditions.
