SLIDING ROOF SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF CONTROL ECU)

    1. Disconnect the Q12 ECU connector.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Q12-7 (OPN) - Q12-2 (E) V - W-B Sliding roof motor open OPEN switch ON Below 1 Ω
      Q12-9 (CLS) - Q12-2 (E) W - W-B Sliding roof motor closed CLOSE switch OFF 10 kΩ or higher
      Q12-9 (CLS) - Q12-2 (E) W - W-B Sliding roof motor closed CLOSE switch ON Below 1 Ω
      Q12-10 (UP) - Q12-2 (E) BR - W-B Sliding roof motor up UP switch OFF 10 kΩ or higher
      Q12-10 (UP) - Q12-2 (E) BR - W-B Sliding roof motor up UP switch ON Below 1 Ω
      Q12-8 (DWN) - Q12-2 (E) P - W-B Sliding roof motor down DOWN switch OFF 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the Q12 ECU connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
