INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

1. Engage the 4 clips and 7 claws.

2. Install the 2 clips.

3. 

   Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

CONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

1. 

   Connect the floor anchor end of the rear No. 1 seat outer belt assembly and install the bolt.

   Note:

   Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.

INSTALL FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 front deck side trim covers LH.

INSTALL NO. 2 DECK SIDE TRIM HOOK

1. 

   Install the No. 2 deck side trim hook with the screw.

INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

   1. Install the rope hook assembly with the bolt.

INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER (w/o Remote Folding Function)

1. 

   Engage the 10 claws to install the rear deck trim cover.

INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER BEZEL LH (w/ Remote Folding Function)

1. 

   Engage the 5 claws to install the reclining remote control lever bezel LH.

INSTALL REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

1. 

   Engage the 2 claws and install the rear power outlet socket cover.

INSTALL REAR POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY

1. 

   Engage the claw and install the rear power point socket assembly.

2. Connect the connector.

INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SERVICE COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the 2 guides and 6 claws, and install the rear combination light service cover LH.

INSTALL SIDE TRIM COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the 10 claws and install the side trim cover LH.

INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM LH

1. 

   Engage the 3 guides and 4 claws as shown in the illustration.

2. 

   Install the deck side trim LH with the bolt.

INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM COVER NO.2

1. 

   Engage the 2 claws and install the deck side trim cover LH.

INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

1. Engage the 4 clips and 7 claws.

2. Install the 2 clips.

3. 

   Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the 3 bolts.

   Engage the 2 guides and 6 claws, and install the rear combination light service cover RH.

INSTALL SIDE TRIM COVER RH (for RH Side without Rear Automatic Air Conditioning System)

1. 

   Engage the 4 claws, and install the side trim cover RH.

INSTALL REAR ROOM TEMPERATURE SENSOR (for RH Side with Rear Automatic Air Conditioning System)

1. Connect the connector.

2. 

   Engage the 4 claws and install the rear room temperature sensor.

INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM RH (for RHD)

INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH CAP (for RHD without Rear Air Conditioning System)

1. 

   Engage the guide and 8 claws, and install the rear seat side garnish cap.

INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH CAP (for RHD with Rear Air Conditioning System)

1. 

   Engage the guide and 6 claws.

2. Install the rear seat side garnish cap with the screw.

INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

1. 

   Engage the 4 clips and 4 claws, and install the rear floor finish plate.

INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

1. 

   Install the 6 bolts on the rear of the seat.

INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

   Engage the 2 claws <B>.

2. Engage the 2 claws <A> to install the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

CONNECT REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

   Route the rear No. 2 seat outer belt assembly LH through the rubber band as shown in the illustration.

   Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 3 deck board sub-assembly.

INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

   Install the deck board assembly.

CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

1. 

   Install the floor end of the front seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

2. Check if the ELR locks.

   Note:

   The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.

   
   

   1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

INSTALL LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

1. 

   Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips, and install the lower center pillar garnish LH.

INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

1. 

   Align the alignment mark (red) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

   Note:

   After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

1. 

   Engage the guide, 3 clips and 5 claws, and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

1. 

   Align the alignment mark (blue) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

   Note:

   After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

1. 

   Engage the guide and 8 claws, and install the front door scuff plate LH.

CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

1. 

   Install the floor end of the front seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

2. Check if the ELR locks.

   Note:

   The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.

1. 

   Align the alignment mark (pink) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the front door opening trim weatherstrip RH.

   Note:

   After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for RHD)

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

1. 

   Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

2. 

   Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

3. Install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 5 bolts.

CONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Remote Folding Function)

1. 

   Remove the rear seat reclining control cable from the carpet hole.

2. Connect the rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

3. 

   Connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

4. 

   Engage the 2 claws and connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

5. Return the seatback to the upright position.

6. 

   Pull up the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

   Note:

   When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjuster's spring is not compress.

INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK (for LH Side)

1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the clip.

2. Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat leg side cover.

INSTALL REAR INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the 4 claws and install the rear inner track bracket cover.

INSTALL REAR OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the 4 claws and install the rear outer track bracket cover.

INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

1. 

   Engage the 8 claws and install the 2 rear seat track bracket covers.

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

1. 

   Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

2. 

   Temporarily Install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

3. Install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 5 bolts.

INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK (for RH Side)

1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER RH

1. 

   Engage the clip.

2. Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat leg side cover.

INSTALL REAR INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH

1. 

   Engage the 4 claws and install the rear inner track bracket cover.

   Engage the 4 claws and install the rear outer track bracket cover.

   Engage the 8 claws and install the 2 seat track bracket covers.

INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD Manual Seat)

1. Place the front seat assembly in the cabin.

   Note:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

2. Connect the connectors under the seat.

3. Temporarily install the front seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

4. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

5. 

   Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

   Tip:

   Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

6. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the foremost position.

7. 

   Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

INSPECT FRONT SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK (for LHD Manual Seat)

1. During sliding operation of the front seat, check that the left and right adjusters move together smoothly and lock simultaneously.

   If the seat adjusters do not lock simultaneously, loosen the bolts securing the seat to adjust the adjuster position.

INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK COVER LH (for LHD Manual Seat)

1. 

   Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear seat track covers.

INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK COVER LH (for LHD Manual Seat)

1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

2. 

   Engage the 2 claws and install the front inner seat track cover.

INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK COVER LH (for LHD Manual Seat)

1. 

   Engage the 2 claws and install the front outer seat track cover.

INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD Power Seat)

1. Place the front seat assembly in the cabin.

   Note:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

2. Connect the connectors under the seat.

3. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Note:

   When reconnected the cable, some systems need to be initialized (Click here).

4. Temporarily install the front seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

5. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the rearmost position.

6. 

   Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

7. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the foremost position.

   Engage the 2 claws and install the rear inner seat track cover.

   Engage the 2 claws and install the rear outer seat track cover.

1. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the rearmost position.

   Engage the 2 claws and install the front inner seat track cover.

INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD Power Seat)

1. Inspect the power seat operation.

2. w/ Seat Heater System:

   Check the seat heater operation.

   
   

   1. Turn the ignition switch on (IG).

   2. Turn the seat heater switch on.

   3. Wait 5 minutes or more and confirm that the seat surface becomes warm.
