FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH


    1. A017CBK

      Disengage the claw and remove the outside moulding retainer.

    2. A017E7L

      Disengage the 7 claws, guide and remove the fog light cover LH.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw (A).

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws (B) and pin, and remove the fog light assembly.

  5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the hole cover LH.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 18 claws and remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING


    1. A017CFN

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front bumper moulding.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A017CR1

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A017DWU

      Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY LH


    1. A017DY3

      Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper stay LH.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
