  1. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A017BR5

      Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 327 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER SUSPENSION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A017BWT

      Install the rear seat inner suspension link sub-assembly RH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER SUSPENSION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the hook.

    2. Install the spring with the E-ring.

    3. A017BPM

      Install the rear seat outer suspension link sub-assembly RH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Using an air riveter or a hand riveter, install the rear No. 2 side seat band sub-assembly RH.

      Note


      • Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

      • Confirm that the rivet is seated properly against the seat frame. Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the seat frame. Do not leave any clearance between the rivet head and seat frame.

      • Do not leave any clearance between the rear No. 2 side seat band sub-assembly RH and seat frame. Firmly hold the 2 items together while installing the rivet.

      Tech Tips

      If the rivet cannot be cut, pull it once and cut it.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the 4 cable clamps to install the rear No. 2 seat lock cable assembly RH.

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the 2 cable clamps to install the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly RH.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT INNER HINGE COVER RH

      Engage the claw to install the No. 2 seat inner hinge cover RH.

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH with the screw.

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER RH

      Engage the claw and guide.

    2. Install the No. 2 seat hinge cover RH with the screw.

  10. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 2 seat lower cushion hinge cover RH.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 2 seat lower cushion hinge cover LH.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK EDGE PROTECTOR RH

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seatback edge protectors RH.

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

      Install the No. 2 seat headrest assembly RH with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 cable clamps.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST COVER RH

      Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover RH with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 2 seatback pad sub-assembly RH with 9 new hog rings.

  16. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

      Engage the 8 clips.

      Install the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel RH to the rear side seat band sub-assembly RH.

    3. A017BXZ

      Engage the hook to install the rear side seat band sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel RH with the 2 screws.

      Engage the hook.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 7 new hog rings.

      Engage the 3 hooks.

      Engage each hook.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 2 new hog rings.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH


    1. A017FJI

      Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }
    2. A017CSX

      Using a "T45" TORX socket wrench, install the rear seat cushion cover with pad RH with the 2 bolts and 2 bushes.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  20. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT OUTER HINGE COVER RH

      Install the No. 2 seat outer hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.

  21. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH

      Install the reclining cover protector RH with the 2 screws.

  22. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the 2 nuts <C>.

    2. Install the bolt <B>.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts <A>.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER SUSPENSION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Using an air riveter or a hand riveter, install the rear No. 2 side seat band sub-assembly LH.

      Note


      • Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

      • Confirm that the rivet is seated properly against the seat frame. Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the seat frame. Do not leave any clearance between the rivet head and seat frame.

      • Do not leave any clearance between the rear No. 2 side seat band sub-assembly RH and seat frame. Firmly hold the 2 items together while installing the rivet.

      Tech Tips

      If the rivet cannot be cut, pull it once and cut it.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH to the rear No. 2 seatback pad sub-assembly with 9 new hog rings.

  37. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Engage the 8 clips to the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH.

    2. A017EER

      Install the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel LH to the rear side seat band sub-assembly LH.

      Engage the hook as shown in the illustration to install the rear side seat band sub-assembly LH.

    4. Install the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel LH with the 2 screws.

      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

      Using a "T45" TORX socket wrench, install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad LH with the 2 bolts and 2 bushes.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  41. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT OUTER HINGE COVER LH

  42. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH
