REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts <C>, 2 washers and the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

    2. Temporarily install the 2 bolts <B> and the 2 bushes.

    3. Temporarily install the 2 nuts, 2 bolts <A>, 2 springs and the 2 E-rings.

    4. Tighten the 2 nuts, 2 bolts <B> and the 2 bolts <C> to install the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      Nut
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt <B>, Bolt <C>
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH

      Connect the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A017CKR

      Connect the 2 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly RH.

    2. Install a new clamp.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH

      Connect the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH

      Connect the 2 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.

    2. Install a new clamp.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

      Engage the 8 claws to install the 4 rear seatback edge protectors.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

      Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly RH with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 cable clamps.

    3. A017DYO

      Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover RH with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A017EIT

      Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 cable clamps.

      Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover LH with the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A017EVF

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH with the screw.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH with the screw.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly with 18 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad to the rear No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly.

      Engage the 16 clips and install the rear No. 2 seatback cover.

    3. Engage the 15 hooks.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad with 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL

      Install the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel to the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly.

    2. A017EHI

      Engage the hook.

    3. Install the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel and the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 3 hooks.

    2. Engage the 7 clips to install the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly.

  15. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HANDLE


    1. Connect the 2 cable clamps as shown in the illustration.

      Install a new clamp.

      Install the rear No. 2 seat handle with the 2 screws.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER


    1. A017CCZ

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Engage the claw to install the rear seat lock striker cover.

  17. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A017EICE01

      Attach the fastener.

    2. Install the seat track handle with the 2 new clips.

  18. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 14 new hog rings.

  19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings.

    2. Engage the 13 hooks to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad.

      Install the No. 2 seat hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.

  21. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH

      Install the reclining cover protector RH with the 2 screws.

  22. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. A017BTP

      Install the No. 2 seat hinge cover LH with the 2 screws.

  23. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH

      Install the reclining cover protector LH with the 2 screws.
