DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the navigation receiver assembly cannot read the media.

When one of the conditions below is met:


  • An unsuitable disc is inserted.

  • The disc cannot be read.

  • The disc cannot be read because of dirt or scratches.

  • The disc cannot be read because it is inserted upside down.

  • The disc cannot be read because a high or low temperature is detected.

  • Internal power supply abnormality

  • There are no playable files.

  • The disc contains unreadable copy-protected content.

PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    CHECK DISC


    1. A017BO7

      Check that the disc is not deformed or cracked.

      OK
      No deformation or cracks on the disc

  2. Click here

    DISC CLEANING

      Disc cleaning


      1. If dirt is on the disc surface, wipe it clean with a soft cloth from the inside to the outside in a radial direction.

        Note:

        Do not use a conventional record cleaner or anti-static preservative.


  3. Click here

    REPLACE DISC WITH ANOTHER AND RECHECK


    1. Replace the disc with another and recheck.

    2. Clear the DTC (Click here).

    3. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

      OK
      No DTCs are output.
