    INSPECT REAR DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A017CFGE01

      Remove the rear door lock assembly LH (Click here).

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Measurement Condition Door Lock Condition Specified Condition
      6 - 9

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1

      Locked 10 kΩ or higher
      6 - 9

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4

      Unlocked Below 1 Ω

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR DOOR LOCK MOTOR CIRCUIT)


    1. A017BLDE01

      Disconnect the instrument panel junction block connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      K4-1 (UL) - 1P-6 Always Below 1 Ω
      K4-4 (L) - 1P-11 Always Below 1 Ω
      K4-1 (UL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      K4-4 (L) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

      K4-9 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
