DOOR MIRROR FOOT LIGHT REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH

      Disengage the claw and clip, and remove the front door lower frame bracket garnish.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

      Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws, and remove the front door inside handle bezel plug.

  3. REMOVE FRONT ARMREST UPPER BASE PANEL

      Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 7 claws and clip, and remove the front armrest upper base panel.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  4. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP COVER

      Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and remove the assist grip cover.

  5. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the courtesy light assembly.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. A017FU9

      Using a clip remover, disengage the 9 clips.

    3. Disengage the 5 claws and separate the front door trim board sub-assembly from the front door inner glass weatherstrip.

    4. A017EHB

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    5. Disconnect the front door lock remote control cable and front door inside locking cable.

    6. Disconnect the connector.

  7. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY WITH COVER

      Disconnect the connector and clamp.

    2. Disengage the clip.

    3. A017FZC

      Remove the 3 nuts.

    4. Disengage the claw and remove the outer rear view mirror assembly with cover.

  8. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR GLASS (w/o Heater)


    1. A017DV2E01

      Apply protective tape to the bottom of the visor of the door mirror.

    2. Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.

    3. Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws.

    4. A017EJ1

      Disengage the 2 claws at the upper part of the outer mirror.

    5. Remove the outer mirror glass.

  9. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR GLASS (w/ Heater)


    1. A017DV2E01

      Apply protective tape to the bottom of the visor of the door mirror.

    2. Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.

    3. Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws.

    4. A017EJ1

      Disengage the 2 claws at the upper part of the outer mirror.

    5. A017CIU

      Disconnect the connectors and remove the outer mirror glass.

  10. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the outer mirror cover from the outer rear view mirror assembly with cover.
