This DTC is output when a key with a key code that has not been registered in the ECU is inserted into the ignition key cylinder.

If the key is replaced, register the key.

  1. CLEAR DTC


    1. Delete the DTCs Click here.

  2. RE-REGISTER KEY


    1. Re-register the key.


    NEXT

  3. CHECK ENGINE START


    1. Check that the engine starts.

      OK
      The engine starts.

    REPLACE KEY

    OK

    END (PROBLEM WITH KEY REGISTRATION IS DEFECTIVE)
