REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A017FMM

      Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      Nut
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL BELT SUPPORT PLATE

      Engage the 3 claws to install the belt support plate.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A017EDK

      Engage the hooks to install the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A017BKM

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly RH.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly LH.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY

      Engage 2 guides.

    2. Engage the 2 clips.

    3. Engage the 19 claws to install the rear seatback board carpet assembly as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A017C24

      Install the rear seatback lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOWER LOCK BEZEL


    1. A017ERA

      Install the rear seatback lower lock bezel with the 2 screws.

    2. A017G0I

      Engage the snap to install the rear seat track handle as shown in the illustration.

    3. A017EYH

      Engage the 4 claws.

    4. Install the rear center seat outer belt cover with the screw.

  9. CONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A017BQ3

      Connect the rear center seat outer belt with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the rear seat lock control cable as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the guide.

    3. Install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER


    1. A017CA7

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw to install the rear seat lock striker cover.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover.

  13. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER


    1. A017FDB

      Install the 2 tonneau cover hook holders with the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A017FUG

      Install the rear seat armrest assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  15. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP


    1. A017EWA

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 seat armrest cap.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER


    1. A017CHA

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat reclining inner cover with the screw.

  17. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER


    1. A017FXT

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the seat track upper rail cover with the screw.

  18. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Engage the 12 hooks.

      Engage the 3 buttons.

    4. A017D88E01

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    5. Install the 2 hooks.

      Engage the 2 hooks to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A017G3Y

      Engage the 6 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion moulding RH with the screw.

  20. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP


    1. A017FN8

      Engage the 2 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH


    1. A017E0R

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 5 claws.

    3. Install the rear seat cushion moulding LH with the screw.

  22. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle with the 3 screws.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING UPPER COVER


    1. A017ERD

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat reclining upper cover.

  24. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. A017FCR

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. A017BHD

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. Install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  25. CONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY (w/ Remote Folding Function)


    1. Remove the rear seat reclining control cable from the carpet hole.

    2. Connect the rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    3. Connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 claws and connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    5. Return the seatback to the upright position.

    6. Pull up the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjuster's spring is not compress.

  26. INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK


    1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

    2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Engage the clip.

    2. Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat leg side cover.

  28. INSTALL REAR INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. A017FUU

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear inner track bracket cover.

  29. INSTALL REAR OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear outer track bracket cover.

  30. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Engage the 8 claws and install the 2 rear seat track bracket covers.
