REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 2 rear seat track bracket covers.

  4. REMOVE REAR OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear outer track bracket cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear inner track bracket cover.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws.

    2. Disengage the clip and remove the rear seat leg side cover.

  7. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY (w/ Remote Folding Function)


    1. Pull down the adjuster's lock piece to release the lock as shown in the illustration.

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

    3. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle to the uppermost position and hold the handle in this position as shown in the illustration.

    4. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disconnect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    5. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disconnect the rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    6. Secure the rear seat reclining control cable with the carpet hole as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    2. A017FCR

      Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat and the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING UPPER COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat reclining upper cover.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the 3 screws and the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  12. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A017G3Y

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A017DRD

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    3. Remove the 2 hog rings.

      Disengage the 3 buttons.

    5. A017BFE

      Disengage the 12 hooks.

    6. A017E23

      Remove the 3 hog rings and the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  15. REMOVE SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the seat track upper rail cover.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat reclining inner cover.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 seat armrest cap.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat armrest assembly.

  19. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER

      Remove the 2 screws and the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lock striker cover.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide.

    3. Disconnect the rear seat lock control cable and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  23. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOWER LOCK BEZEL

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt cover.

    3. A017DPA

      Disengage the snap and remove the rear seat track handle as shown in the illustration.

    4. A017ERA

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seatback lower lock bezel.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 19 claws as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

  27. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly LH.

  28. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly RH.

  29. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 2 hooks and the remove rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  30. REMOVE BELT SUPPORT PLATE

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the belt support plate.

  31. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, nut, and the rear center seat outer belt assembly.
