AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (for Manual Air Conditioning System) REASSEMBLY


  1. PRECAUTION (for LHD)

    Note

    When reassembling the air conditioning control assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.

  2. INSTALL NO.2 HEATER CONTROL KNOB (for LHD)


    1. A017DCW

      Engage the 3 claws and install the switch base.

    2. A017DCPE01

      Check that the spring is installed in the No.2 heater control knob.

      Tech Tips

      If the spring is still attached to the heater control base sub-assembly, remove it from the heater control base sub-assembly and install it to the No.2 heater control knob.

    3. Install the No.2 heater control knob.

  3. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL KNOB (for LHD)

      Passenger Side:


      1. Check that the spring is installed in the heater control knob.

        Tech Tips

        If the spring is still attached to the heater control base sub-assembly, remove it from the heater control base sub-assembly and install it to the heater control knob.

      2. Install the heater control knob.

      Driver Side:


      1. Check that the spring is installed in the heater control knob.

        Tech Tips

        If the spring is still attached to the heater control base sub-assembly, remove it from the heater control base sub-assembly and install it to the heater control knob.

      2. Install the heater control knob.

  4. INSTALL REAR CONTROL PANEL CASE (for LHD)


    1. A017DTE

      Check that the rubber sheet and pins of the control panel sub-assembly are engaged.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure that the rubber sheet is engaged with the pins at the positions shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the heater control base sub-assembly with heater control knob.

      Install the rear control panel case with the 8 screws.
