FRONT CONSOLE BOX (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) REASSEMBLY

  1. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX PLATE


    1. Attach the 6 claws to install the console box plate.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for Console Box Rear Side)


    1. For lower console box side:


      1. A01GO0NE02

        *1 Tape

        Attach the wire harness clamp to install the console box wire.

      2. Apply a new tape to the lower console box as shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the connector.

    2. For upper console box sub-assembly side:


      1. Attach the wire harness clamp to install the console box wire.

      2. Connect the 2 connectors.

  4. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the upper console box sub-assembly to the lower console box with the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 console box mounting bracket with the 6 screws and 4 bolts.

  6. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX DAMPER


    1. Install the rear console box damper to the No. 2 console box mounting bracket with the 2 bolts.

  7. INSTALL DISC PLAYER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GMW2

      Align the disc player assembly with the 2 guides on the console box and temporarily install the disc player assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01GK5T

      Install the disc player assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect each connector.

  8. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 10 claws to install the console box register assembly.

  9. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 clips to install the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 3 screws.

  10. INSTALL TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GJWC

      Align the 2 guides with the console box and install the television display assembly to the console box.

    2. A01GMGO

      Install the 2 clips and 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect each connector.

  11. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX LENS


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front No. 1 console box lens.

  12. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the console box illumination light assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

  13. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for Console Box Front Side)


    1. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps to install the console box wire.

    2. Connect the connector.

  14. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

    2. Attach the 8 claws to install the console compartment door lock.

    3. Install the 4 screws.

    4. Install 4 new seals.

  15. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear console armrest assembly together with the bracket with the 6 screws.

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

  16. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET


    1. Attach the 6 claws to install the lower console box pocket.
