FRONT CONSOLE BOX (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET

    1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the lower console box pocket.

  2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. Remove the 6 screws and rear console armrest assembly together with the bracket.

  3. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 4 seals and 4 screws.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the console compartment door lock.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Remove the 4 screws and console compartment door hinge sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for Console Box Front Side)

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and remove the console box wire.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 claws to remove the console box illumination light assembly.

  6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX LENS

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the Front No. 1 console box lens.

  7. REMOVE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GKKK

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. Remove the 2 clips, 4 bolts and television display.

  8. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 clips and remove the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 10 claws and remove the console box register assembly.

  10. REMOVE DISC PLAYER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GJ8D

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and disc player assembly as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX DAMPER


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear console box damper from the No. 2 console box mounting bracket.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET

    1. Remove the 6 screws, 4 bolts and No. 2 console box mounting bracket.

  13. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 screws and upper console box sub-assembly from the lower console box.

  14. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for Console Box Rear Side)

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Remove the tape.

      3. Detach the wire harness clamp and remove the console box wire.

      For Lower Console Box side:


      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Detach the wire harness clamp and remove the console box wire.

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly.

  16. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX PLATE

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 6 claws and remove the console box plate.
