RADIATOR GRILLE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. except Sport Package:


      1. Attach the 17 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

    2. for Sport Package:


      1. Attach the 18 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

    Tech Tips

    When installing the radiator grille protector, heat the radiator grille using a heat light.

    Standard
    Item Temperature
    Radiator Grille 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the radiator grille excessively.


    1. When using a new radiator grille:


      1. Clean the radiator grille surface.

      2. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.

    2. When reusing the radiator grille:


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille and radiator grille.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    3. Install a new radiator grille protector.


      1. Attach the 11 clips to install the radiator grille protector.

      2. Remove the peeling paper from the radiator grille protector and attach the double-sided tape to the radiator grille.

        Tech Tips

        Press the radiator grille protector firmly to install it.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Attach the 22 claws to install the radiator grille.

    2. Install the 5 screws.
