FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH


    1. Attach the claw to install the front bumper end retainer LH.

    2. Install the bolt.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. Attach the claw to install the front bumper side retainer LH and install the screw.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. Install the radiator support opening cover with the 3 clips.

  6. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION LOWER CROSSMEMBER


    1. Install the front suspension lower crossmember with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER ABSORBER


    1. Install the front bumper lower absorber.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the clamp to install the cooler thermistor.

    3. w/ Air Suspension:

      Install the height control filter to the front bumper reinforcement.

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper reinforcement extension LH.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. Install the front bumper energy absorber.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Connect the No. 4 engine room wire.

    2. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

    3. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

    4. Attach the 6 claws and guide to install the front bumper cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    5. Install the bumper seal bracket.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    6. Install the 11 screws and 2 clips.

  13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH


    1. Position the grooves on the 2 pin hold clips vertically and insert the 2 clips to install them.

      Note

      Make sure that the groove on the pin hold clip is positioned vertically.

  14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  15. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH


    1. for 2WD:

      Install the front wheel opening extension pad LH with the 2 screws.

    2. for AWD:

      Install the front wheel opening extension pad LH with the 5 screws.

  16. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  17. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING LH


    1. Attach the clip to install the moulding.

    2. Install the 5 screws.

  18. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  19. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 4 clips.

  20. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GLYAE01

      Attach the 4 clips labeled B.

      Note


      • Make sure the clips are attached securely.

      • Attaching the clips forcefully or hitting the top of the clips may damage them.

    2. Install the air cleaner inlet cover sub-assembly with the 5 clips labeled A.

  21. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH


    1. Install the engine room side cover LH with the 5 clips.

  22. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH


    1. Install the engine room side cover RH with the 5 clips.

  23. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING
