REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman) DISASSEMBLY

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01GK16

      Remove the 22 hog rings and rear seat cushion spring assembly LH from the rear seat cushion cover with pad LH.

  2. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH


    1. A01GHM0

      Remove the 15 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover LH from the rear seat cushion pad LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH


    1. A01GNCA

      Remove the 3 screws and rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GLT3

      Remove the 2 pins and rear seat headrest assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the rear seat headrest assembly on the other side.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. A01GKYP

      Detach the 4 claws to remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the rear seat headrest support on the other side.

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the 2 claws to remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest adjuster sub-assembly LH.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest adjuster sub-assembly on the other side.

  7. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and position control ECU assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the position control ECU assembly on the other side.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat climate control ECU LH.

  9. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the seat heater control sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the seat heater control sub-assembly on the other side.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH


    1. A01GIOB

      Detach the 5 claws to remove the rear seat cover cap LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK BASE LH


    1. A01GICD

      Remove the 3 screws and rear seat lock base LH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH


    1. Remove the nut and detach the seatback cover bracket.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. Detach the 8 hooks and remove the 19 hog rings and rear seatback cover with pad LH from the rear seatback spring assembly LH.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

    1. Remove the 10 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover LH from the rear seatback pad LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH

    2. Disconnect the 3 connectors and detach the wire harness clamps.

    3. Remove the 3 nuts.

    4. Remove the 2 screws and rear seatback climate control blower LH.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE LH

    1. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamps to remove the rear seat wire LH.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

    2. A01GI0D

      w/ Illumination


      1. Disconnect the connector and detach the 2 claws.

      2. A01GLLJE01

        Detach the clamp.

      3. Remove the bolt and rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01GIO3

      Remove the nut and rear seat belt inner anchor bracket assembly LH.

  18. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH


    1. A01GKFA

      Remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion pad.

    2. A01GHN7

      Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. A01GMDK

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Detach the 2 claws to remove the seat climate control controller LH.

  19. REMOVE AIR FILTER

    A01GHJ6

    1. Detach the 2 claws to remove the air filter.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the air filter on the other side.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH


    1. A01GJLG

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01GMYO

      Remove the 3 nuts and rear seat climate control blower LH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

    2. Detach the 2 hooks.

    3. Remove the 19 hog rings and rear seat cushion spring assembly RH from the rear seat cushion cover with pad RH.

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat cushion pad A.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD B

    1. Remove the 18 hog rings and detach the 2 pieces of fastening tape.

    2. Detach the 10 claws to remove the separate type rear seat cushion cover RH.

    3. Detach the 7 hooks and remove the 20 hog rings and rear seatback cover with pad RH from the rear seatback spring assembly RH.

  31. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. Remove the 22 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH from the rear seatback pad RH.

    2. Detach the 11 wire harness clamps to remove the rear seat wire RH.

  33. REMOVE SUB SEATBACK PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 2 claws to disconnect the 2 air hoses.

    2. Detach the 2 clamps to remove the upper part of the sub seatback plate sub-assembly.

      Detach the 2 hose clamps to disconnect the air hose.

    4. Detach the 4 clamps to remove the lower part of the sub seatback plate sub-assembly.

  34. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      w/o Illumination:

      Remove the bolt and rear seat inner belt assembly RH.

    2. A01GMHS

      w/ Illumination:


      1. Disconnect the connector and detach the 2 clamps.

      2. Remove the bolt and rear seat inner belt assembly RH.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the nut and rear seat belt inner anchor bracket assembly RH.

  36. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER RH

    1. Remove the rear center seat cushion pad from the rear center seat cushion frame.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and center seatback frame sub-assembly from the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  43. REMOVE TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Remove the television switch and volume assembly.

  44. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A01GHOPE01

      Using moulding remover A, detach the 8 claws and 3 guides to remove the rear No. 1 seat center armrest panel together with the rear seat armrest hole board as indicated by the arrows in the order shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. A01GHQF

      Remove the 3 screws and rear No. 1 seat center armrest panel from the rear seat armrest hole board.

  45. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A01GLNT

      Remove the 4 screws and rear power seat switch.

  46. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A01GKKO

      Remove the 2 screws and rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  47. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A01GNYU

      Remove the 2 screws and seat vibrator switch.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the seat vibrator switch on the other side.

  48. REMOVE HEADPHONE TERMINAL (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. A01GLJJ

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 8 claws and remove the bezel.

    3. A01GKMJ

      Detach the 6 claws and remove the 2 headphone terminals.
