DESCRIPTION

The seat climate control ECU stops outputs to the seat climate control controller if a short, etc. in the seat climate control controller, wire harness or ECU interior circuit causes overcurrent.

      Disconnect the e34 ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the e33 and e51 controller connectors.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      e34-8 (TDC+) - e33-1 (TDC+) Always Below 1 Ω
      e34-7 (TDC-) - e51-2 (TDB-) Always Below 1 Ω
