CIGARETTE LIGHTER (for Center Console Side) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)

    1. Using moulding remover B, detach the 5 clips and 2 claws and remove the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  2. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH (w/ Disc Player)

    1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the upper No. 1 console panel garnish.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 CONSOLE END PANEL GARNISH (w/ Disc Player)

    1. Detach the 3 clips and 3 guides and remove the rear No. 1 console end panel garnish.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 CONSOLE END PANEL GARNISH (w/ Disc Player)

    1. Detach the 3 clips and 3 guides and remove the rear No. 2 console end panel garnish.

  5. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Disc Player)

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 clips and remove the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL (w/ Disc Player)

    1. Detach the 2 clips and 2 hooks and remove the rear console end panel.

    2. Disconnect each connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

  7. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER

      w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System:


      1. Disconnect the connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

      2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear cigarette lighter cover.

    2. A01GHSPE01

      w/ Disc Player:


      1. Cut off the cable tie.

      2. Disconnect the connector.

        Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear cigarette lighter cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element assembly.

    2. A01GMFU

      w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System:

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the socket cap.

    3. A01GJPM

      w/ Disc Player:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the socket cap.

  9. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY

      w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System:

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear cigarette lighter bezel stay together with the cigarette lighter hole bezel from the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

    2. A01GJSG

      w/ Disc Player:

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear cigarette lighter bezel stay from the rear console end panel.

  10. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER HOLE BEZEL (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cigarette lighter hole bezel from the cigarette lighter hole bezel stay.
