VIDEO TERMINAL (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Move the shift lever to N.

    3. Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Detach the 6 clips and remove the upper rear console panel sub-assembly.

    5. Disconnect each connector and each wire harness clamp.

  2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX GARNISH

    1. Put protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 clips and remove the rear console box garnish.

  3. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

    1. Remove the 2 screws and move the upper No. 1 console panel garnish in the direction of the arrow to remove it.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 CONSOLE END PANEL GARNISH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 clips and 4 guides, and then remove the rear No. 1 console end panel garnish.

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 CONSOLE END PANEL GARNISH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the rear No. 1 console end panel garnish.

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT BOX ASSEMBLY WITH TELEVISION DISPLAY


    1. Remove the 6 bolts.

    2. Move the console compartment box assembly with television display upward to detach the 2 hooks and disconnect the 3 connectors.

      Move the console compartment box assembly with television display backward and disconnect the 3 connectors.

      Move the console compartment box assembly with television display backward and disconnect the connector.

  7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX PLATE

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 6 claws and remove the console box plate.

  8. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (for Type A)

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the power outlet socket assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (for Type A)

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 power outlet socket cover from the console box plate.

  10. REMOVE VIDEO (VIDEO ADAPTER) TERMINAL (for Type A)

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the video (video adapter) terminal from the console box plate.

  11. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET (for Type B)

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket from the console box plate.

  12. REMOVE VIDEO (VIDEO ADAPTER) TERMINAL (for Type B)

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the video (video adapter) terminal from the console box plate.
