INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note

Inspect the fuses and relays for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISC PLAYER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

      Disconnect the disc player assembly connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for 4-Passenger with Ottoman
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      z17-13 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      for 5-Passenger with Ottoman, except Ottoman
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      R90-13 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      for 4-Passenger with Ottoman
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      z17-8 (+B) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      z17-7 (ACC) - Body ground Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
      for 5-Passenger with Ottoman, except Ottoman
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      R90-8 (+B) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      R90-7 (ACC) - Body ground Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
