DESCRIPTION

This is the sound signal circuit between the television display assembly and headphone terminal.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - HEADPHONE TERMINAL)

   
   

   • *1: for 4-passenger with Ottoman

   • *2: except 4-passenger with Ottoman

   • *3: for LH

   • *4: for RH

   
   

   1. for Roof:

      
      

      1. Disconnect the z24 television display assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the z18*3 and/or z19*4 headphone terminal connectors.

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         for LH Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition z24-6 (HP1R) - z18-1 (HP1R) Always Below 1 Ω z24-8 (HP1L) - z18-2 (HP1L) Always Below 1 Ω z24-7 (SLD5) - z18-3 (SGN1) Always Below 1 Ω z24-6 (HP1R) or z18-1 (HP1R) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher z24-8 (HP1L) or z18-2 (HP1L) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher z24-7 (SLD5) or z18-3 (SGN1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

      1. Disconnect the R87 television display assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the r9*3 and/or r10*4 headphone terminal connectors.

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         for LH Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition R87-6 (HP1R) - r9-1 (HP1R) Always Below 1 Ω R87-8 (HP1L) - r9-2 (HP1L) Always Below 1 Ω R87-7 (SLD5) - r9-3 (SGN1) Always Below 1 Ω R87-6 (HP1R) or r9-1 (HP1R)- Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher R87-8 (HP1L) or r9-2 (HP1L) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher R87-7 (SLD5) or r9-3 (SGN1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
