DESCRIPTION

This is the sound signal circuit between the television display assembly and headphone terminal.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - HEADPHONE TERMINAL)

   
   

   1. for 4-Passenger with Ottoman:

      
      

      1. Disconnect the R82 television display assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the z18*1 and/or z19*2 headphone terminal connectors.

         
         

         • *1: for LH

         • *2: for RH

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         for LH Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition R82-5 (HP1R) - z18-1 (HP1R) Always Below 1 Ω R82-7 (HP1L) - z18-2 (HP1L) Always Below 1 Ω R82-6 (SLD5) - z18-3 (SGN1) Always Below 1 Ω R82-5 (HP1R) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher R82-7 (HP1L) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher R82-6 (SLD5) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
         for RH Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition R82-21 (HP2R) - z19-1 (HP2R) Always Below 1 Ω R82-23 (HP2L) - z19-2 (HP2L) Always Below 1 Ω R82-22 (SLD6) - z19-3 (SGN2) Always Below 1 Ω R82-21 (HP2R) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher R82-23 (HP2L) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher R82-22 (SLD6) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

      2. Disconnect the r9*1 and/or r10*2 headphone terminal connectors.

         • *2: for RH

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
