REAR DOOR SPEAKER (for Standard Body) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 19 Speakers)

    Note

    Do not touch the cone of the speaker.


    1. A01GICEE01

      Align the rear No. 3 speaker assembly to the door position pins A.

    2. Install the rear No. 3 speaker assembly with the 2 screws.

    3. Attach the clamp and connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 19 Speakers)

    Note

    Do not touch the cone of the speaker.


    1. A01GHRJE01

      Temporarily install the speaker by attaching the claw of the speaker to the door panel.

    2. Install the rear No. 2 speaker assembly with the 3 screws.

      Tech Tips

      Install the screws in the order shown in the illustration.

    3. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Do not touch the cone of the speaker.


    1. Install the rear No. 1 speaker assembly and attach the clip.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

    3. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade)


    1. for Long Body:


      1. A01GNLN

        Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle.

      2. Connect the connector.

      3. Install the rear door trim board sub-assembly LH with the 3 screws and 14 clips.

    2. for Standard Body:


      1. A01GNLN

        Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle.

      2. Connect the connector.

      3. Install the rear door trim board sub-assembly LH with the 3 screws and 12 clips.

  5. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. for Long Body:


      1. A01GNLN

        Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle.

      2. Connect the connector.

      3. Install the rear door trim board sub-assembly LH with the 3 screws and 13 clips.

    2. for Standard Body:


      1. A01GNLN

        Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle.

      2. Connect the connector.

      3. Install the rear door trim with the 3 screws and 11 clips.

  6. INSTALL REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL

    1. Install the illumination light with the screw.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Attach the 2 clips to install the rear rear power window regulator switch assembly with rear door armrest base panel.

  7. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the rear door inside handle bezel plug LH.
