DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the front power seat switch LH*1 or front power seat switch RH*2 cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.


Tech Tips

The front power seat switch LH*1 or front power seat switch RH*2 controls the front power seat control system related items that are customizable via the multi-display screen.

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

  2. CHECK FRONT POWER SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM


    1. Check if the front power seat control system is malfunctioning Click here.

      Tech Tips

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the front power seat control system.

      No malfunctions are present in the front power seat control system.

  3. CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS


    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each front power seat switch LH*1 or front power seat switch RH*2 related system.

      Tech Tips

      These items shown as customizable via the accessory meter assembly vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In a following step, the GTS will be used.


      1. Check the customize parameters list for the front power seat control system related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

    3. Manually change and confirm that it was possible to successfully change the settings of the customize parameters for each system that are available for customization via the multi-display screen.
