This DTC is stored when items controlled by the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

  2. CHECK SMART ACCESS SYSTEM WITH PUSH-BUTTON START


    1. Check if the entry and start is malfunctioning Click here.

      Tech Tips

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the entry and start.

  3. CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS


    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each certification ECU related system.

      Tech Tips

      These items shown as customizable via the accessory meter assembly vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In a following step, the GTS will be used.


      1. Check the customize parameters list for the entry and start related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

    3. Manually change and confirm that it was possible to successfully change the settings of the customize parameters for each system that are available for customization via the multi-display screen.
