REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE (REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR)


    1. Install the rear cooling unit expansion valve (rear evaporator temperature sensor) to the air conditioner tube and air accessory assembly.

    2. Attach the connector clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the pipe joint.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

    2. Install the 2 O-rings to the air conditioner tube assembly.

    3. Install the air conditioner tune assembly to the rear cooling unit expansion valve.

    4. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the 2 hexagon bolts.

      Torque:
      3.5 N*m  { 35 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf }

    5. Install the plate with the screw.

    6. Install new packing and butyl tape as shown in the illustration.
