REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the packing and butyl tape.

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    3. Remove the screw and plate.

    4. Remove the air conditioner tube assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE (REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the connector clamp.

    3. Remove the rear cooling expansion valve (rear evaporator temperature sensor) from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.
