AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side) REASSEMBLY

  1. INSTALL EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)


    1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

    2. Install the 2 O-rings to the evaporator sub-assembly (rear).

    3. Install the evaporator evaporator sub-assembly (rear) to the cooling unit case (upper side).

    4. Install the rear cooling unit case (lower side) with the 12 screws.

    5. Install the evaporator cover with the 4 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 clamps to install the No. 2 air conditioner harness assembly.

  3. INSTALL DRAIN COOLER HOSE


    1. A01GMT6

      Install the drain cooler hose as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear blower with fan motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL SMOKE SENSOR


    1. Install the smoke sensor with the screw.

    2. Connect the connector.

  6. INSTALL EXHAUST MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the exhaust mode damper servo sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  7. INSTALL DIFFUSE MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the diffuse mode damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  8. INSTALL ROOF BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the roof blower damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  9. INSTALL ROOF BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the roof blower damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  10. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the pipe joint.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

    2. Install the 2 O-rings to the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

    3. Install the air conditioner tune and accessory assembly to the evaporator.

    4. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the 2 hexagon bolts.

      Torque:
      3.5 N*m  { 35 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE


    1. Install the rear cooling unit expansion valve to the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

    2. Attach the connector clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

  12. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the pipe joint.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

    2. Install the 2 O-rings to the air conditioner tube assembly.

    3. Install the air conditioner tune assembly to the rear cooling unit expansion valve.

    4. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the 2 hexagon bolts.

      Torque:
      3.5 N*m  { 35 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf }

    5. Install the plate with the screw.

    6. Install new packing and butyl tape as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL REAR COOLER FILTER


    1. A01GLTM

      Install the rear cooler filter as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the air duct sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL COOL BOX DUCT


    1. Install the cool box duct with the 2 screws.
