AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE COOL BOX DUCT

      Remove the 2 screws and cool box duct.

  2. REMOVE AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and air duct sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR COOLER FILTER

      Remove the rear cooler filter.

  4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the packing and butyl tape.

    2. A01GJGU

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    3. Remove the screw and plate.

    4. Remove the air conditioner tube assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the connector clamp.

    3. Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    2. Remove the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

  7. REMOVE ROOF BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GLBU

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and roof blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE ROOF BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GNG5

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and roof blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE DIFFUSE MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GJ4C

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and diffuse mode damper servo sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE EXHAUST MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GHMM

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and exhaust mode damper servo sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE SMOKE SENSOR


    1. A01GMKN

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the screw and smoke sensor.

  12. REMOVE REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GJ5N

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and rear blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

      Remove the drain cooler hose as indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY


    1. Detach the 2 clamps and remove the No. 2 air conditioner harness assembly.

  15. REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)


    1. A01GNVF

      Remove the 4 screws and evaporator cover.

    2. Remove the 12 screws and rear cooling unit case (lower side).

      Remove the evaporator sub-assembly (rear) from the cooling unit case (upper).

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator sub-assembly (rear).
