DESCRIPTION

In this circuit, the compressor receives a refrigerant compression demand signal from the air conditioning amplifier.

Based on this signal, the compressor changes the degree of refrigerant compression.

  1. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (REFRIGERANT CONTROL CURRENT)


    1. Use the Data List to check if the refrigerant control current is functioning properly.

  2. INSPECT COMPRESSOR AND PULLEY

    1. Disconnect the compressor and pulley connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMPRESSOR AND PULLEY - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER)

    1. Disconnect the E11 compressor and pulley connector.

    2. Disconnect the L76 amplifier connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E11-2 (SOL+) - L76-4 (SOL+) Always Below 1 Ω
      E11-2 (SOL+) - Body Ground Always 1 MΩ or higher
