BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT (for LHD) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      *1 Stop Light Switch

      Loosen the lock nut, and then remove the stop light switch.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD

  3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts and sensor.

    2. Disconnect the sensor connector.

  4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *2 Hexagon Bolt
      *3 Nut

      Remove the nut, hexagon bolt and brake pedal support.

  5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET COLLAR

      *1 Brake Pedal Bracket Collar
      *2 Bush

      Remove the brake pedal bracket collar and 2 bushes from the brake pedal.

  6. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the cushion from the brake pedal.
