SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (for LHD) INSTALLATION

  1. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU


    1. A01GNOM

      Install the suspension control ECU to the bracket with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Avoid any impact to the suspension control ECU.

      • Do not drop the ECU. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.

  2. INSTALL NETWORK GATEWAY ECU (w/ Network Gateway ECU)


    1. Install the network gateway ECU with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
    2. Install the No. 1 ECU integration bracket with the nut and bolt.

    3. Connect each connector.

  3. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU WITH BRACKET (w/o Network Gateway ECU)


    1. A01GJD6

      Install the ECU with bracket with the nut and bolt.

    2. A01GMY8

      Connect the ECU connectors.

      Note

      If the suspension control ECU is replaced with a new one, enter test mode and perform registration of vehicle identification information Click here.

  4. CONNECT CONNECTORS (w/ Clearance Warning ECU)

  5. CONNECT CONNECTORS (w/ Parking Assist ECU)

  6. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT

    Note

    If the suspension control ECU has been replaced, be sure to adjust the vehicle height Click here.
